A fantastic service from start to finish on the sale of my property. I rang Dylan Davies on the off chance after having had an initial valuation with another estate agent. Chris carried out the valuation and provided all the information needed and tips on selling my home. The photos taken were excellent and the valuation and fees were so much better - what a call I made. Throughout the process, Chris, Paul and Jenna were first class as my sale was part of a long chain. Dylan Davies were professional and personal throughout. I would have no hesitation in using Dylan Davies again.

Decided to use Dylan Davies? Estate Agents after a phone call with Jenna. Her professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and approachable manner was a decider for me. My decision was further enforced when I met Paul. No hard sell just an honest, open and professional approach on what would be the best way to market my home.Agreed on an open day and my home was sold within 5 days of going on the market.Service didn?t stop because my home sold. Excellent service. Everyone was great at helping me find a new home that worked for me! I have a bespoke carpentry business so I was looking for a largish workshop/garage so I could work a bit from home too. I?ve got the right place now I believe!! I must say that any query I had was answered extremely promptly and the staff in general were very friendly and responsive. It was obvious that they have an excellent knowledge of the local area. Jenna, Paul and the team are superstars. I can't recommend Dylan Davies enough. Unfortunately our sale didn't go through (we had issues with our buyer who made things very stressful & costly for us.) Luckily we had the amazing support of the Dylan Davies team, they went above & beyond, Jenna in particular. She was always happy to help even with things that were out of her remit. Nothing was too much trouble, they were incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the whole process giving us plenty of options to consider. If I was to re-market my house again in the future I would definitely be coming back to Dylan Davies. I've never met a more friendly and helpful team. Thank you so much for all your help & support!

Well what can I say, we had such a journey with Dylan Davies Estate Agents for over 8 months (no fault of theirs, or ours!!) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. They're extremely professional and also super friendly, I feel a bit lost having not spoken to Jenna since October for our weekly catch up!! Jenna is a super star, nothing was too much of an ask and she would always get to the bottom of things, we trusted her completely.
