We ordered 2 medium hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows£9.00. They came warm not hot in tall glasses,no spoons no saucer no serviette and frankly not nice i left half of mine.never had this experience before very dissapointed and the price is funny money!

Went to costa today to claim my free drink and was given a what seemed like a vanilla frappee. When questioned about it.
I noticed my drink didn?t have coffee in there.
He pointed at the menu and said not everything had coffee in it with a really crappy attitude.
I asked if I could change over the drink and when he did I was given this
The cream on top was curdled and had hardly no Carmel in the drink at all.
Really really bad customer service.

Love Costa Ponty. The staff are always so welcoming and happy to help. The food is a bit over priced I feel but I guess that's the world right now. The coffee is always great, plenty of choice. I've been a few times to do work and the staff welcome this and are happy to bring food to the table.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen people access the store in a wheelchair. May have difficulty if it was busy in the store.

Very busy branch. Lovely friendly, polite and helpful staff.This would have been a 5 star but was absolutely ruined by the disgusting toilet!Floor soaked and bathroom absolutely stinking of wee.Was coughing and gagging and didn't want to finish my drink after going to the toilet.The smell stuck in my nose and when you realised, there was footprints from toilet users bringing the contents of the bathroom floor out with them.Feel really sorry for the person that has to clean that and maybe the toilet should be locked and use allowed upon request to keep the nasty people that don't request public toilets.This is the kind of toilet I'd expect to see 20 years ago, at a random public toilet building not a bloody Costa.Lovely staff but rancid toilet really, really ruined my coffee and I had to leave.Sorry to the staff! You were so nice.

Cleaning milk jugs is very important process, otherwise someone of your customers will get the intestinal infection. This is a request for management please!
