I had abuse that was previous but also some scars left from childhood trauma. If these workers were not here I at my nearly 40 years would not be where I am today. Free. Some of us are brought up to belive abuse is normal and we are left to continue that cycle until we learn and see there can be a way out and there can be change and we can be safe. Having the tools to learn boundaries and identifying abusers is so important, having a space of safety to be able to channel that and put it all intoPerspective is so important.
