Took my ps5 here to get a quote for maybe selling it to CEX. I declined the offer and bought my ps5 home. It has remained in its box for months until now I have decided to use it. Upon unpacking I have discovered that all my PlayStation original leads have been replaced with CEX tagged leads. I have tried to call phone lines but was told to send a message. At this appointment I was given a proper appointment card which I have still so im sure CEX could prove they swapped my leads. Dont go here unless you want to be scammed.

Beware when taking credit for trade ins. It's not stored on the card, you have to keep the receipt. Of course, they don't tell you that.

I went into CEX Pontypridd today and honestly I couldn't think of a single bad word to say about the staff... not too sure what the man's name is but he had longish hair and a purple bandana went in to talk about an issue with my nintendo switch 2 virtual game cards and he helped me out so much turns out it was the original switch 1 it was looking for 100% would go there for a technical problem again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. Also a shout out to the other gentleman that helped me out too as much as he could ?.

I Bought a controller from here just about a month ago never used it more than once as the B button was sticky, tried to take back to sell and refused to take it back, even if they had looked at the serial number of the controller they would?ve seen that they sold me the controller. Staff didn?t seem to care, and not the friendliest and seem not very interested to be there! Last time I?ll be going there
