A nice residential street pub. Good traditional layout, dog friendly and a little area to sit outside.
Went in for a quick pint and a big range of their otley brewery ales were on tap. Around £4 a pint, not the cheapest for the Welsh valleys but not bad. A good selection but the porter had just gone (d'oh), so had a dark IPA which was decent and as it should be.
Friendly staff and customers. One of the better valleys pubs, worth checking out.

Went here for a late valentines meal, arrived at 7pm? ordered starters which didn?t come out for an hour and half? another 30 minute wait for our main which I ended up cancelling? fed up of waiting? don?t bother, much better food places around the area than this

Excellent food, plus their own attached brewery. Dog friendly, with log fires, perfect for a chilly winters evening.
Parking: Small car park, awkward street with few spaces for non residents.

Food was very good, however, table was booked for 2pm and food arrived at 3:30pm, following food, dessert took a further 30mins to arrive. By the time we got out of there it was 5:15pm!!

Great little back street pub. Thry javevthrir own brewery and do fabulous real ales. Been visiting here for a few years and it's always a great atmosphere and the food is quirky and always good.

Our absolute favourite place for a Sunday dinner. We bring Nan and the dog here every week. We always enjoy trying the different craft beers and ales on offer. It?s exciting when seasonal changes are made on the menu. The food is always so tasty, created to a high standard and served beautifully. The staff are friendly and attentive. I can?t recommend this place enough

Lovely pub, brilliant for a drink and the dining area is lovely. The vegan options I went for were very poor, so I wouldn't eat there again but would definitely pop in for a pint. The broccoli steak was a big let down unfortunately. Would love to see more vegan options on the menu

Tucked away gem. Best pub on the UK? Wish I lived closer so didn't have to drive so I could sample their huge selection of beers. Food is amazing. Visited lots of times over the last 10 years or so and never had a bad meal.
