Called in yesterday (Friday 28th Feb) to buy my wife a large bottle of perfume. Stood waiting by the perfume counter but no one turned up. Asked the guy at the tills if I could be served. When it comes to answering the phone, these people are utterly useless. After an hour Im STILL on hold waiting for an answer.
EDIT: It has now been two hours and STILL nobody deigns to answer. While waiting, I've been going through other reviews and can see that this has been a long ongoing issue. Boots are clearly... read full comment
