I have have to ask, what management bright spark thought it's a great idea to store all the building materials at the back of the store without any sort of system to deal with trade!
Drag a quarter of a tonne of sand the length of the store, brilliant organisation!?
Mind you, if you want a flowerpot, they are right by the entrance/exit! ?
Guy's, go speak to your colleagues at the Caerphilly, Cwmbran, or Newport stores, they'll explain how to put a system in place that attracts trade customers.

Possibly the worst b&q in the whole of Wales! Self service check outs are constantly closed, one member of staff at the till who seems to be blissfully unaware of the queue that's formed due to slow service.

Went for few bits including plants , we knew it?s coming to the end yet the garden area was dry as a bone lots of plants looking very unhealthy just left with the stones we wanted staff was a mix match some wanted to help others didn?t

Avoid at all costs. They don't seem to have heard of the consumer rights act, or just common honesty. I had an item arrive damaged, and months later I still haven't got a replacement or a refund, despite false promises.

We recently bought a kitchen from Pontypridd store. The service was excellent. Christopher Evans dealt with the design and planning of our kitchen, he was so helpful, efficient and very meticulous. We also met Jade, who was so helpful too, and they both made the purchase such a pleasurable experience. Well done B&Q Pontypridd, your staff are a credit to you!
