I received correspondence near the end of covid restrictions asking if I still wanted an annual check which was overdue. I replied YESFriday 17th November 2023 and I am still waiting for an appointmentThe optical service prior had been excellent

6 years ago I was lured away to specksavers by their 7 day opening.. In January my cataracts got much worse and needed removing. I returned back to Wymans because I needed to talk to someone about it. Tte staff were brilliant, very easy to talk to. My cataracts were removed at St Joseph's and I have my sight restored. Thank you so much Wymans Opticians.

Excellent opticians who provide an excellent eye test. Just a shame their front desk staff aren't as thorough as the opticians. My Dad was told by Sarah in Jan or Feb 2016 that he had the start of catatacts and needed annual eye tests. Here we are in May 2018 and he's not been sent for an eye test. He is physically unable to get there now even if we wanted him to go there. Time the practice got a new Practice Manager

I had my eyes tested here couple of months ago said my eyes are fine went to Specsavers cost me £32 to get my eyes tested and come back my eyes is bad worst opticians ever do not go there go to Specsavers
