Hired a wood chipper the other day at very short notice but the staff were really helpful amd accommodating and it was delivered within an hour. Unfortunately it broke down half way though the day, a spring on the starter coil snapped, which happen I suppose. Anyway, no drama when the top guy came to collect it and they arranged another day for me, free if charge so I could finish the job. Not the first time I've used Versatool in Pontypool amd won't be the last, top local company who male you feel like a valued customer

What an appalling and very unprofessional service we have received from this company. If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly they didnt even respond to my online enquiry form. Then, when my partner called several times over a period of a week, we were messed around terribly. Staff telling us the machine we wanted was available and then the main person retracting this, saying it had an oil leak. The second time we called back, again one person told us it would be available at the end of the week, then when we called back to pay,the main guy, after grilling my partner about his ability to use the machine, said he d have to check his spreadsheet in the morning etc ....he couldnt do it there and then! What an absolute joke of a company. If you don't want to hire certain machines to the general public you should say so on your website! Disgusted by the way we have been treated, have used this company lots in the past but never will again!
