I've come here a few times with my partner and we always order a matcha and a chocolate milkshake. But the last time she was given a mocha latte instead and my milkshake was made wrong. We also asked for a ham and cheese toaste but only got given a cheese toaste especially after the person working asked the kitchen if they make them. Tescos cafe is normally my favourite place to get a milksake but the people working their need more training. The woman also assured us that the mocha latte was a matcha but their was no green in it and looked nothing like the matcha. My friend works in their and its normally great service but 2 of the staff were rude and gave us funny looks

I waited more than 45 minutes for a breakfast, people that got there after I?d been waiting had been served first. Waiting that long for a breakfast that is isn?t brilliant anyway is a disgrace!

I had an all day breakfast and my wife the Halloumi burger and chips. Reassuring wait for the food, so cooked fresh. My wife loved the fries and said the burger was delicious. My breakfast was a good size, bonus of good quality sausages, rather than the production line cheapies that you normally get in such places. Definitely coming again for Saturday lunch before shopping in the very good, large, well-stocked supermarket.

Disappointing, maybe caught it at bad time (lunchtime !!?? only seemed to be 1 person cooking n serving?), veggy brekky took about 30min to come (I was in a rush too) and wasn't that good when it did. Table not cleaned till middle of meal. About £10 for brekky n coffee seems overpriced. However pleasant staff raise stars to 2 !

Love that they have vegan options.Priced reasonably for the food.Although canned drinks are overpriced (more than they sell them instore). Staff are friendly, and there's a decent amount of space. Good place to go for a catch up.

Took 45 minutes minutes for smashed avocado on toast, ham and cheese panini and and other chorizo and avocado toast. Had requested a poached egg to which the egg yolk couldn't have been any firmer. Asked for a replacement poached egg which took another 10 minutes, which also was well over cooked and not runny in the slightest. Both avocado toasts were supposed to be on sourdough bread and we're just on a big standard loaf of bread. Would of been quicker if I had been allowed into the kitchen and done it myself.

Coffe is perfect in a warm & friendly atmosphereParking: Large spacious carpark with disabled, parent & toddler & electric charging pointsWheelchair accessibility: Shopfloor is flat with wide aisles, lifts to the cafe & toilet facilities.

I can't believe tescos charge the same as a decent cafe when they have only 2 bottles of tomatoes sauce between over 30 tables to add insult to injury they use there own cheap sauce .Seems to me all the food the use in the cafe are the cheapest range ie bread sausages bacon etc.. I go to Boswells in cwmbran at least the produce are good quality.
