Didn't have toasters working also didn't have any bread I like they had a few mouldy bits of white bread, after I paid on app was told I can't have refund then spoke with management over phone he tried to says he give me freebies if I didn't ask for refund I stood my ground n asked for refund was promised a refund. For the inconvenience and not having the stuff I ordered nearly a week later still no refund . I will be attending the store to sort this out !

Whenever I?m there to have a breakfast unfortunately I need to choose Greggs instead which is not my favourite but they not giving me a choice to be honest. Usually at the breakfast time they don?t have eggs or there is no choice of baguettes, that?s happening on a daily basis.

I can't rate the food as was told by the member of staff to come back later as he was making him and his manager food. Obviously doing well if they can turn away customers same thing happend to the gentleman in front of me

Can never order anything from this one due to them never having plant patties or vegan cheese when i go there. Plenty of other ones i use do have these. Its a shame as its my local one aswell

I have come here 3 times now and they don't serve vegan cheese, they put on little portions of salad, and when I asked for more than 5 pieces of sweetcorn, the guy looked confused.Also the hot drinks machine not working on many occasionsGo to a different place than here if you're in the area

Not sure what happened to this place, used to be OK for what it was. Now it's over priced, terrible and full of rude staff. Ordered a kids meal deal and didn't get anything from it. Sandwiches are absolutely terrible and the "have it your way" seems to have gone out the window. Loads of items never in stock. Avoid this place like the plague

Didn't order in the end, waited while the staff member fiddled with the till, no acknowledgement, even though he saw me waiting, absolutely awful service.

This happened about 15 minutes ago from writing this.I was served by a very rude young lad. Didn't get his name but he was the young skinny one. I asked for "The Baller" foot long with Italian bread and this chap asked me what salad I wanted. I told him just sweet corn and lettuce and he took it upon himself to add a load of stuff I didn't ask for. When bringing this up, all he was able to say was "it's a set menu" with A LOT of attitude in his voice and throwing his arms up at the menu board. When I asked why I couldn't just have the sweet corn and lettuce he just did the same thing, speaking with attitude, it's a set menu throwing his arms around. A young lady gestured something to him. He then let out a big sigh and shaking his head in disapproval. He put on the salad that I asked for on top of the stuff he put on, once again I said I didn't want that. He then increased his attitude and raised his voice at me "It's a set menu!" Also giving his hand gestures to the menu boards.The entire point of Subway is you pick and choose. Never once have I ordered something and the employee just add stuff I've not asked for. However this wasn't the main issue. The main issue was this kids disgusting attitude. I ended up abandoning my order and just getting a Greggs. At least the staff in there are polite. I'm sure this kid considers himself to be in the right and I'm just another idiot customer making his life difficult, when in reality this insolent child needs to go back to sandwich school.

Went to this subway at 5:45pm. Guy just stood at till and continued to ignore us. Asked if it was open and was met with excuses of been told to close early as he's on his own. Bad attitude and shall never return to this branch of subway again. Sort it out! Avoid!

Absolutely shocking hygiene standards. Worker has finished wiping the floor and proceeded to serve the food without washing hands .When he was asked, he justified it by saying they put gloves anyway. Not, not and not! You're working with food. You are touching gloves after cleaning the floor!At least he was polite and washed the hand when asked. Hovewer, he attempted to put fewer slices of meat, possibly assuming the customer is not aware how should be in receipt, common occurance in many subways.
