Absolute chaos, it was already under staffed and often closed for ?staff breaks!? But since they took on the Asda shop it?s gotten even worse. I?ve just come home from holidays to find a letter from a company stating that I drove off after not paying for £20 worth of fuel.
It turns out that when I went in to pay, they only took for groceries that I bought and not the fuel!!!! So now I have a £80 fine. I?ll never visit the place ever again which is a shame because I always used the place to fill the company vans up most days.

1st time to get to a 24hr service station to find it shut for staff break for 20min min..... guess staffing levels need to be looked at.

Third time in recent months that we?ve pulled in to refuel to find a hand written notice on the door saying staff break be back in 30 minutes, surely it can?t be so poorly managed they have to shut completely so regularly? Asda should be worried about their franchise name being attached to this outfit.

Called in today to fill 4 vehicles for a long trip, couldn't understand why cars at the pumps weren't moving when I could see no one was at the till. Realised that all the fit, healthy people were happy to block pumps, not get fuel, but go to Gregg's for breakfast!!!! At least £400 lost to you because you don't make shoppers park off the pumps.

Twice now I've pulled in to fuel an Hgv and been blocked by Bidfood delivering! That's £600 worth of fuel both times, pointless trying to get in here anymore!

came in here to fill up with petrol for the trip back home, only needed a wee drop 15 quids worth, to give him think he was called Howard a 20 scottish note and point blank refused it absolutely pissed us off afore a 7 hour drive total jobs worth we didn't have our bank card with us so we couldn't payour money is not foreign!!!!!!!

One of the few places you can easily walk to from the Best Western nearby. They only seem to have one person on shift in the evening (after 6). If you're going there to for medicine, especially on a Sunday, good luck if you turn up whilst the employee is on break. Even saw an ambulance be made to wait?

Not great customer service . Young worker seemed fed up and not eager to help. I don?t think it?s very good to advertise certain products to sell but then have them locked away with no one to access them but managers who were not available. Another wasted journey for myself and like I said worker didn?t make it easier and I felt like it was my fault for asking for said locked away products. Not great

Why offer delivery when you never bother delivering! Worst Subway ever! Cancelled my order, reordered something totally different, cancelled that too, reordered something else, cancelled again, and again! I basically ordered six different subs in six different breads with six different fillings and apparently they were all out of stock? Lies, lies and even more lies, proven by the fact that when I got a lift down to the store they had everything I had wanted? Why bother offering a delivery service if you can?t be bothered to deliver!! Stick your store, I?ll be using KFC and Maccy D?s from now on you useless bunch of shaved chimps!

Not the cleanest of places, looking run down, kfc a dive, subway lack lustre, greggs is way more expensive than other locations due to it being a services, roads are torn up and no road markings. The fuel is normally the highest in torfean, says a lot when McDonald?s is the best place on the service area?.
