“Went to Cwmbran post office to renew driving licence queued for 10 min to be told they’re machine didn’t work, went to pontypool post office what a difference !! couldn’t have been more helpful they said Cwmbran staff always send them elsewhere as can’t be bothered taking photos and filling in the forms online which took 5 min tops. Thankyou pontypool staff!”

“This post office is only small but it has a very big heart. It sells gifts,stationary,a huge collection of greetings cards and a fab selection of HANDBAGS. I am a regular customer and the staff are so kind,trustworthy and very friendly.well worth a visit - trust me you will buy something in here!!PS ( please get some watches in as i need a new one!!).xx”
