“Went to Cwmbran post office to renew driving licence queued for 10 min to be told they’re machine didn’t work, went to pontypool post office what a difference !! couldn’t have been more helpful they said Cwmbran staff always send them elsewhere as can’t be bothered taking photos and filling in the forms online which took 5 min tops. Thankyou pontypool staff!”
