Went to Cwmbran post office to renew driving licence queued for 10 min to be told they?re machine didn?t work, went to pontypool post office what a difference !! couldn?t have been more helpful they said Cwmbran staff always send them elsewhere as can?t be bothered taking photos and filling in the forms online which took 5 min tops. Thankyou pontypool staff!

Just to say a big thank to the staff at pontypool Post office for going above and beyond to return a lost purse to me . EXCELLENT service friendly and knowledgeable too .

The woman in this branch definitely needs to go on a customer service course! Rude, unhelpful and patronising!!!! Wish I'd seen the woman's name tag as the other women I have been served by many times are lovely.Won't be using this branch again, shame because the gentleman is very polite and helpful!

I initially went into Pontypool Post Office requesting advice on renewing my driving license ( walking my dog in the area at the time ) but was that impressed by the level of service and information that I received by the wonderful lady in there made me return that afternoon having made a 10 mile journey to do so .Service exemplary !
