Caerphilly branch now only open a few days a week. Need new card reader so tried to.order one and was told I couldn't get one unless I was a new customer. I could get one at my branch but would gave to wait until they open on Tuesday . It is Sunday so I am unable to check my account, teamsters money or pay any bills until...

Absolute nightmare when they block your card for no apparent reason and leave you stranded at work with no alternative means of getting home again.
