I am a delivery driver and the way that the so called manager on duty last night (Sat 23rd March) spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful! Aggressively shouting at me in my face was the most disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting behaviour I've ever been subjected to and I am shocked that this woman has been placed in such a position of power in a supposedly professional establishment that deals with customer care to the general public. I will be contacting head office to put in a formal complaint. Unless you want to be spoken to like a piece of dirt if you have an issue, don't use this mcdonald's.

If you like cold food then you're in for a treat here. So often the food arrives tepid at best, with never a hint of apology when you complain, that I've given up going now. Absolutely dreadful.

The restaurant is fine with friendly staff, but the car park is always really full and can be difficult to park and manoeuvre in and out of.

The last 2 times we have been to the New Inn McDonald's the food has taken 20 minutes to arrive, hardly fast food! When it has turned up most of it was cold. On top of this the attitude of some of the staff is appalling particularly if you complain.
We will not be returning to this McDonald's it is rapidly going down hill.

Food came cold, drinks was tipped everywhere. Missing items. Called them and the guy was so rude and hung up phone on me. Worst McDonald?s going, that?s why it?s bad having teenagers run maccies instead of mature adults. Disgusting.

Every time I order from here there is always an item missing or wrong and I have autistic children if there order isn't right or doesn't show up the completely have a break down which means me having to pay for delivery twice in one day just to make sure they get there food, this place has gone down hill the past few years and the food is always cold when delivered

I am a delivery driver and most of the time I had a really frustrating experience at the McDonald's NewInn branch specially during the evening shift. The manager's behavior was not just unprofessional; it was downright rude. They were dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in addressing driver concerns. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service industry, and it made drivers incredibly unpleasant. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving their customer service, because this experience was really disappointing.
