Ordered food for delivery at 6.25pm 9.00pm still no food.
Can?t get through to phone number.
They got our money mind.
Not even a call to apologise for this.
We then had to go to local shop to buy pizza as children were absolutely starving.
Will never order from them again.
Just hope we get our money back

After ordering the new buckets 2 for £11 odd i decided to park up and eat with the family as i was eating my daughter pointed put the person who had served me food gone out for a fag and continued to dig at this nose like a coal miner and blow it out onto his hands and rub it into his uniform it made my stomach turn and made me double think about buying kfc again (big guy curly hair and beard) also was not wearing any protective gear on his hair or beard ?????????

Just ordered a mighty bucket for one. Likely to be my last I feel. Food awful, looked more tired than I did and served up by someone who appeared to have lost the will to speak or even acknowledge my presence. I remember when KFC seemed a treat. Now it just brings nothing but a miserable experience and fat stains

Great service, team were welcoming and very polite. The store was spotless, the best I've seen it in years. Food was superb, ordered and sat down within 5 minutes hands down best KFC about.

Took a trip to pontypool kfc yesterday, was super pleased with the Customer service received, the staff was so helpful and well mannered. Couldn?t fault the cleanliness of the place, looks like a brand new store.
Will definitely be back soon!

I want everyone thinking about visiting this store to seriously reconsider ! If you have any loved ones or family members with disabilities do not come to this establishment !!! A manager made some disgusting remarks about disabled individuals and I want the whole world to know this. I really hope the other lady nearby corroborates this story and comes forward. And if she also works there she should be ashamed of herself too

Waited nearly 40mins for food that was horribly dry and cooked at least 30 mins before I got it, I saw it on the shelf thing they put burgers on. Complained about time, all I got was a sorry did no one tell you there was a wait
