Went to harvester Pontypool and had the best service from Tom, food was lovely and he helped a lot while we was there. Checking everything was ok. My daughter can be a nightmare to take out for food, he was calm with her and offered her some cuddly toys to make her stay comfortable for her! Fab food and fab service, Thankyou Tom:)!

We pop down here sometimes when I'm well enough to eat out, so tonight was a nice little treat - thanks to Amy for looking after us so well! The food was really good, big portions of everything!

Had a lovely family meal this evening, all the food was amazing. We were served by Tim who was so kind and attentive. Tim constantly had a smile on his face, and although the restaurant was very busy, he was able to make sure all of his tables had everything they needed at all times.

I ordered the ultimate mixed grill sat outside at table 125 and the ribs taste appalling I thought I would give it a try since it?s been rebuilt i?m very disappointed and I feel incredibly sick..
Update I just spoke to the manager turns out the food comes in pre-cooked and they just reheat it that?s appalling they than said I had to go on the website and make a complaint on there and give them a poo sample how disgusting is that for the manager to ask for that when in a restaurant and in front of my family.

Had a lovely afternoon lunch here. Me and my friend came here today and was served by the lovely Courtney. She was very attentive and very busy but made sure to check back with us. Food was lovely. Always have the same meal and it never disappoints. Will definitely be back again !!

Came here with work colleagues and was quite disappointed. I ordered the fish and chips with mushy peas.. The portion of mushy peas was pitiful and they were dry. Also it came with a mushroom which I found quite bizarre.
Over priced mediocre food.
Il stick to the Greene King pubs in future.
