The fitness classes on a Tuesday and Thursday give an amazing 90 minute work out for people that don't fancy boxing, but want to get a really good work out and learn some boxing skills. Boxer sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday focus on people that want to box competitively. No prior experience is necessary. 1 to 1 sessions represent good value for money and really get you working hard. The gym is perfect whether you want to lose a bit of weight, get fitter, learn some boxing skills or become a Boxer . Friendly staff, great buzz and a very well equipped gym.”
