Dreadful. You cannot get an appointment for love nor money. The Receptionists for the most part are rude and reminiscent of angry Pitbull's. Go to the Pharmacy they tell you. So you got to the Pharmacy who then claim to be too busy despite no-ne else being on the premises. After three lots of bacterial conjunctivitis in as many months I was still refused an appointment by an unqualified receptionist who then put the 'phone down on me. Avoid.

Trying to speak to anyone on the phone is impossible. Always a dozen people in the queue at any time of the day . Not able to wait on mobile phone for an hour.

Between this place and Abersychan pharmacy I have never experienced such continuously bad service in getting prescriptions. Lost prescriptions, pharmacist saying its not authorised when a simple note would've told them it was part of a batch.Add to that dismissive med review for antidepressants and you can see why I cannot even consider temporary visits to this place.Moving GP and I don't recommend anyone picking up theirs here.
