Experience of buying the sofa was stressful, couldn?t keep track of our order and no contact on their end to tell us when the order was ready, it was expected for us to continuously follow up. Ordered a poof with our sofa in which on delivery wasn?t there and we were told to ring to get it delivered, which would cost another £60 delivery. On top of this every time we called for an update on the order, the poof was never confirmed and we had to clarify that we actually bought this (cost £100 that we just lost). They also delivered the wrong sofa but decided it was more hassle than it?s worth so just kept it.Had the sofa a year now, quality is really bad and not comfortable to sit on, can tell it was cheaply made.Dont waste your time with this company, spend the extra money on a high quality sofa from a reliable company. Company name changes every so often which is very weird and additional red flag!

Love trade price sofas my whole home is almost from here. I don't understand the bad reviews. We've had no issues at all, and the team are lush!! I've had my sofas now almost 2 years and I still love it!! We needed a replacement cushion for the main sofa seat, which wasn't a problem even though their supplies had changed, went above and beyond x

STAY AWAY! THE OWNER IS A CON ARTIST! I PAID OVER £1.7 FOR A SOFA WHICH ARRIVED DAMAGED, TAKEN BACK, PROMISED A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING SINCE 9TH JUNE!OWNER RECENTLY PLEADED GUILTY TO OVER 50 CHARGES! FINED £20,000!Update! I fell in store this vile conning woman posted the CCTV on her website! Making horrendous allegations about me re drug dealing and making false fraudulent insurance claims!Contacted the police nothing I can do it?s a civil matter!She promised over a week ago to pay back in full what she owes me! Surprise I?ve had nothing!!!Next step after a CCJ was issued to her is court again ! I will pay anything if not to get my money back but to close the woman down and hopefully get her a criminal charge rather than civil!!!The justice system is shocking as she has ultimately stolen my money!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVIOD!!!!!!!Avoid Trade Price Sofas Wales!?I bought my sofa and paid outright on bank holiday Monday (28/08/23) from Merthyr store and was told it was ?guaranteed? delivery for 04/09/23.We ripped apart my old sofa on the Saturday night in preparation for our new sofa to be told it was cancelled yesterday afternoon! On the same phone call we were told we?d have it 11 am today also ?guaranteed? and we were first drop off but here I am STILL WAITING!!I call for an update and the delivery drivers still haven?t left the shop and now we are LAST on the list!!The delivery system is a shambles! They can?t seem to keep their drivers long enough to be guaranteeing anyone anything!They have now cancelled my order due to a 100% honest review on Facebook!They have been made aware that they have broken their contract and that if the money is not in my bank today I?ll be taking them to the small claims court.

Nice sofa.feels a bit cheap but it was so can?t complain.Lack of communication regarding delivery as was booked for Tuesday and by 6pm when it hadn?t turned up I was worried, TPS read and ignored all my messages but thankfully it showed up.Would have just been half decent to of got a response instead of worrying all day if my sofa was gonna arrive.Would recommend for price and the sofas.

Quality of the sofa is great. However, the service this company IS NOT worth it. We bought our sofa last year and mother in law have now ordered theirs from there now after us recomending due to quality product.Last year our sofa came and we were given the wrong invoice and we were told the other item we purchased (this was eventually resolved). We were also told delivery was included and then was demanded we payed roughly £80 for delivery cash on delivery!This time we have now got rid of our mother in laws sofa in preparation for delivery and was told it wont be here till Tuesday. We have now had a call saying it wont be here till Friday.Totally unacceptable, poor service will never recco.end this comany again. Utterly appauling. Other 1* reviews are completly reflective of our experience with this company TWICE!

Partner bought a sofa from TPS last month, fabulous service by Heidi at the llanstriant showroom, the sofa arrived 29 days later, delivery was spot on. Definitely no issues with TPS :) will definitely buy again

Don't not use this company we bought a corner settee of theses paid in full. On delivery it was not the settee we ordered to make it worse the settee they left us with on a promise that our settee would come the following day. Then we was told that it was the right settee even though we had the receipt that showed it was not ours not only that underneath the settee it has a date when the settee was made all 3 parts had different dates and spreading out over 9 mounth 2 parts made before we ordered the settee this has now been going over 6 mounth and nothing offThis is now going to be a case for small courtsThe owner will not give us a refund or sort out settee out

BEWARE! RIP OFF!I bought a £600 sofa from Trade Price Sofas Wales. Paid £600 plus £50 delivery. It was delivered late, and within 2 months it was disintegrating with the leather peeling off! The quality is shockingly bad! I spoke to the owner who told me someone would be out to fix it. After countless messages, it never happened. Then she blocked me on Facebook. Have reported to trading standards who are now taking things further and am still fighting for a refund 18 months later. Owner is also very threatening.DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE.
