We found the team particularly unhelpful apart from Mitch. The rest of the teams communication was poor and we found them quite unprofessional and insensitive at times. We would not recommend this company, however had a totally different experience with Hywel Anthony who were absolutely fantastic. There is no comparison, if only some of the staff could take a leaf out of their book.

What can i say other than brilliant ? from beginning to end we had amazing communication and was helped with all the questions and paperwork, JO was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Excellent service well done everyone especially JO ?????

I had an appointment on fri.27th @ 11:00am...my partner have bad knees at moment,+ she was after the night shift with only 2 h sleep,when I wake her up... she wasn't well so she stayed at home with my 3yo and I went I got stuck behind a line of cars funeral,so I was 10-12m late.When I turned up I was told Jonathan couldn't see me coz he was seeing other client,someone messed up the agendas.I was asked if I could return 1h later coz my appointment was at 12:00 instead "and go for a coffee or lunch"...after I drove 45 mins.( Time and fuel wasted)Friday I had to start work at 6pm in Newport and leave home around 4:30pm coz of traffic,so they told me Jonathan could ring me at 12pm to go over the Agreement in Principle,...which never happened not even to apologize.So I must say not very professional,if I could rate 0 * I would,they already wasted my time and money why would I buy a house from them...I can buy it somewhere else

I have been dealing with many state agents but to my surprise Mitchell Davies who work for Peter Alan Talbot Green has surpassed all my expectations. His high well mannered, professionalism, keen and ability to listen make him to stand out from the crowd. A very pleasant personality and quiet unique I must admit. If anyone is dealing with Peter Alan in Talbot green, you have everything to win if Mitch gives you the tour to visit properties. Ofcourse in all fairness, the credit also goes to the whole team. As 1st time buyers myself and my partner were really pleased with the level of service and care we received. Sofie was always on hand if we had questions and really helped us understand what we were looking for, although we didn't end up buying through Peter Alan (ee wish it did work out that way) we'd return if we ever needed to as they took all the stress away.

All staff at Peter Alan, Talbot Green have been professional, offered a friendly service and have been extremely efficient keeping us up to date through the whole process, particularly when it came to briefing us on the day?s viewings. A member of staff I spoke to frequently and found very accommodating, polite and professional was Sofie. She was able to answer many of my questions but was honest enough to say when she wasn?t sure but found the answer and relayed it to me very quickly! I also dealt with agents, Jordan and Joanne and would like to thank them both for all their help and advice.Highly recommend using this agent!
