Self served indoors for one drink.
Number came up to collect...waited at counter for 10min, being ignored by all members of staff passing by in the serving area. Admittedly everyone there is busy..but no one was watching the collect counter inside. Until a youngster spotted me and asked if I was waiting!! Duh... my drink was sitting on the ' TO GO' table waiting for someone to hand it over.

Bought happy meal for grandson last night, got out of the car and the box wasn't put together properly and the food all fell through the bottom onto the road. All wasted.

Food was tasty but the breakfast muffin was poorly assembled. I tend to like my food inside the muffin as opposed stuck to the wrapper!!
Waiting times are SHOCKING!! Waited over 35 mins for a relatively small order.
There appears to be no order with the delivery of food, people who came in after us got served before us.

Food was cold; chips were leathery and stale. We were asked to park up and wait; as were so many others there was no more room in the car park. Signs say it's closing for improvements. Hopefully this will be not only to the building but also the food.
