Self served indoors for one drink. Number came up to collect...waited at counter for 10min, being ignored by all members of staff passing by in the serving area. Admittedly everyone there is busy..but no one was watching the collect counter inside. Until a youngster spotted me and asked if I was waiting!! Duh... my drink... read full comment
