I don't think that I've ever experienced a more honest company. Unfortunately, due to Gremlins in my property, I've used them more times than I would've liked. They'll straight up tell you if something is worth the repair or just worth replacing, even if it means loss of business to them. I couldn't recommend them more.

Unfortunately an oven cleaning company damaged the sides of the oven when cleaning ot. Alex came to see the damage, ordered the parts and repaired it within 2 weeks. Will definitely use him againService: Oven repair

Called at 10am after being let down by another company yesterday. Alex took the necessary details & arranged to call at 2pm the same day. At 1pm, Alex rang to ask could he call earlier which was fine. He quickly sorted the problem & gave me tips to prevent reoccurrence. Don't trust this guy.I unfortunately did, I was very understanding when he explained he couldn't make it or gave me some excuse but he completely ruined my washing machine, I've had to fork out for a new washing machine because of him. He replaced the pump and within days our washing machine started leaking water. I told him and he did come back out although he did say on messages that it may be down to the pump he replaced. He came back out, realised it was the pipe connected to the pump and realised it had split, tried saying it was down to a hair clip but both me and my partner have short hair. After that he was unresponsive, ignored me completely, suddenly got back to me some excuse about the parts and delivery. No update for an entire week. It just seems very suspicious that it's the pipe connected to the pump he fixed is damaged and I'm convinced he realised he damaged it and that's why he's completely ignored me and not got back.I tried calling him and got a voicemail excuse again that he was apparently unwell last week and he never updated me on that.Rude, takes your money and damages your machine...Service: Washing machine repair

Needed my washing machine repaired as the drum stopped and the water wouldn't runChecked the water hose, cleared the water and checked waste and then tested for an error code of E52. Alex advised me it could be the bushes and I booked him To come today. He came promptly and diagnosed the bushes and charges me a fair price to come to my house and the price which isway underhalf of what AEG would charge was decent and now washing machine is back in full action..thank you Alex will recommend you definitelyService: Washing machine repair
