Owen Morris, the security guard, on gatehouse duty was an absolute credit to the company when they were visited by Auditing Britain on youtube. The visit was in 2022, but the video was just uploaded last night. In a world where most security staff ha e shocking manners when approaching anyone with a camera, Morris was kind hearted, humourous and even asked if AB could get a tour. Well done.

Customer service, care is first class.Our coach arrived on time, with free upgrade to a bigger coach thanwe asked for,our driver was brilliant nothing was to much trouble for him would highly recommend.
