Got my pizza topping wrong, pizza was crushed in the box, dips missing. Disappointed. Offered a new pizza 2 hours after mine had been delivered?.area manager wouldn?t refund as I?d eaten the pizza (what did you expect me to do?!?) hang on indefinitely until you resolved the issue?!?

Excellent service from Pontyclun Store tonight. Slight mistake on the order, but the driver informed me that another was already on the way. Arrived in less than 20 mins! Big thanks to chefs and drivers! Your hard work was very much appreciated! ?

Absolutely shocking store, failed to deliver 2 items from a £30 order, then when requested to redeliver they ?forgot? to send a driver to redeliver the items two times! I demanded a full refund and this was originally agreed, however, I did not see anything refunded for a week had to chase up the store, eventually I only recieved £3 as a refund, should not be operating as a store with such poor management. Strongly advise to reconsider your options!!!

This is the worst service I have had from any Dominos franchise. I've waited 1.5 hours for my food, when I call I get told the driver's on their way.
