Used to be pleasant but has gone very tired and tatty. Order screen let me order & pay for two items they didn't have in stock, then had to improvise. Many tables uncleaned. Coffee machine held together with duct tape. 13 Amp socket at table height appears to have been retrieved from swamp.

After parading about Cwmbran with a raging hangover and being told there was an hour's wait on food in Spoons I made the quick pilgrimage across the road to the Cafe..... Absolute orgasm of the taste buds with their all day breakfast fresh on my table 10 minutes after ordering!!!!! I'm sat here feeling so much better about the world now!!!! The dippy egg was stuff of legend, the kind of beauty that keeps Ramsey and the like awake at night chasing that key of perfection!!!! I'm tempted to propose to the lady on the till (Incredibly helpful) and offer the chef a Hand Job on my way out!!!!

Its absolutely fine here but constantly dirty cutlery, dirty plates, no butter, wrong orders, no napkins it's exhausting trying to get everything you need and wanted with a meal. At least there's loads of seats and parking is easy.

Items on the menu are constantly unavailable, food they do have is barely edible. Tables and cutlery are always dirty and greasy. Gave it a chance a few times but will not be back.

Staff with blonde fringe young woman mimicked me and were rude. My meal was 50 minutes later they offered a refund after.

Staff here are worse than useless. Missing items on our food had to chase it up twice. Food was tasty though Tables left dirty with plates everywhere even though it was quiet.The restaurant was also freezing cold.Won't be back for a very long time

Had full breakfasts , beans were Cold, bacon looked truly under cooked , black pudding was still red in middle.. service was awful as the lady serving seemed like she couldn't be bothered to be there! No stirrers for the coffee, no butter on the plate to go with toast..Had 2 breakfast, coke and latte and honestly I wish I spent the money elsewhere and had a decent breakfast.. won't be going back for another , which is a shame cause the 1st we had breakfast here it was fab.

Human hair in the baked beans. Cutlery filthy with dried food on it, and a tide mark on the inside of the cup. If this is what is on display for the customer to see, heaven knows what goes on in the kitchen out of site. Will never go there again

This is the main cafe.For a while it has been understaffed but even when staffed the service is dismal.The self service option is poor and open to fraud. Waiting for 15 mins for someone to fill the coffee macine at 1200 is not ok.
