Brilliant service start to finish, lovely greenhouse delivered by really nice driver who kindly offered to carry it all the way up to the top of our steep garden! Davy was really helpful when we bought the greenhouse from the garden show and even supplied us with a list of fitters. We used Pete and he couldn?t have been nicer. Erected without a hitch and Pete left everything clean and tidy.

Booked for Sunday Lunch on 3/8/25 and it was fantastic. Choice of beef or turkey and loads of it, beautiful Yorkshire pudding, roasties, mash and a lovely selection of veggies with thick gravy. Had cauliflower cheese and extra pigs in blankets which finished it off a treat. Too full for pudding! Service was great and the pub has a great welcoming atmosphere. Eat here most weeks with my parents and food is always great but Sunday lunch was a real treat!

We talked to Edward Coles at The Greenhouse People at Cadbury Garden Centre and he showed us all the greenhouses and made comments and gave advice. Having lost our lightweight aluminium Greenhouse in the winter storms we needed something more substantial. We settled on the Robinsons Royale in green.
It arrived in several easy to handle boxes and straightaway I was impressed by the quality of the powder coated aluminium frame sections, all heavier duty than a normal greenhouse. The finish was good and we set about erecting the frame following the detailed, easy to follow, instructions. It took a bit of time, we were fussy to get it square and make all the joints nice and tight. It went together well and soon we were ready to add the glass. The full length rubber seals were a good fit and easy to slide into place. The toughened panes were full length on the roof from ridge to gutter and and the ground edges made them safe and easy to handle, the fixings were easy to fit and gave a really good secure fixing. The wall panes were in two pieces at each station but were just as easy to fit though I had the advantage of assistance to hold the panes in position while I fitted the next one. All very straightforward. There are 3 self opening vents in the roof and two louvred panels in the walls so the greenhouse is self ventilating in changes of temperature.
The Gutters are good and wide and easy to couple up to our existing water butts.
The greenhouse is now stocked with plants which although planted late this season have caught up due to the greenhouse warming up quicker in the morning and holding the heat until late into the evening when the automatic vents shut trapping the heat into the night.
The doors fit nicely and run smoothly on their slides.
The greenhouse looks really good and I'm delighted with the whole job.
Edward gave us good sound advice and we thank him for that.
The cost is right up there BUT when you see the finished greenhouse you can see that we've bought a really good quality product.

I purchased a corner summerhouse/room several years ago and am still as pleased today as I was when it was first installed. In the summer you can sit with the doors open but Spring and Autumn is when it really comes into its own due to the insulation. I can put the heater on for a few minutes and the room will keep warm for hours. I haven?t had to do any maintenance other than a light touch up on some of the paint outside. It still looks amazing and my friends and family are still very jealous.
The service and installation provided has been outstanding. Thank you.

We bought a Hercules Octagonal greenhouse from you in February. Delivered promptly in April as arranged. Driver extremely friendly and helpful. Every stage of the process went smoothly. From pre -delivery instructions to completion, every stage was clearly explained, making the job a pleasure. We have been dealing with Davy Richards of The Greenhouse People at Congresbury Garden Centre in order to purchase a Malvern Garden room. He has been more than helpful and informative in helping us through the process. Nothing has been too much trouble as he has guided us to make the right decision from a wide choice of quality attractive garden rooms. (They carry a fabulous range of greenhouses and potting sheds too).
Everything has been explained meticulously, every question answered in a pleasant and approachable manner. We cannot praise Davy enough and after this experience will be very happy to use The Greenhouse People at Cadbury Garden Centre Congresbury again. We would happily recommend them to anybody wanting a Quality product and Quality service.
