Arrived at Costa at 5.02pm (Tuesday), only to be told that they had just stopped serving! Really? In a Services right by the M4??
We were invited to use their self service machine, but declined? and used the McDonalds, which was open!

Took an absolute age to get 1 latte and a tea, as she buggered up the till and 4 people ordered via the automatic screen and were served before us. We refuse to use those screens, so no more Costa for us.
