Always friendly and prompt whenever I attend this pharmacy. The assistants and Neil the pharmacist are a credit to well.Used the common ailment scheme today and was seen and treated within less than 10 minutes - superb.Thank you

Shocking get a message on Tuesday saying prescription is ready then go to collect Thursday morning not ready till the afternoon so why did I have a text saying it was ready on Tuesday this isn't isn't first time either

Waits of 20 minutes +Staff not serving customers for ages whilst they talk amongst themselves.Wasting medication.Shouting confidential prescription information across the shop to customers for all to hear.What's not to like.

Great experience of the common ailment scheme, even though it was busy, I barely had to wait 10/15 minutes (which is usually a minimum wait in the GP surgery even with an appointment) and the staff were so friendly and calm, even though they were rushed off their feet. Most prescriptions completed within 5 minutes (of the patients waiting whilst I was there) praising good work as many are quick to complain. Thank you.

I went to Lloyds pharmacy first, was treated poorly by incompetent staff, so went across the road to Well pharmacy and received amazing service from the phamacist there.Thank you Well pharmacy!

Awful experience!! Absolutely disgusting. Over an hour wait while I've been told to wait 10minutes. Pharmacy filled up people so quickly and all been ignored. Staff behind the counter disorganised and totally oblivious to what's happening. Any sort of management would be highly recommended in this place. What's even more bizarre is the fact the no matter who handed in the prescription and whatever for this medication wasn't available.PATHETIC!!

Slow. Painfully slow. Seemed to be a competition between the 6 staff to see who could avoid any interaction with customers the longest. Walk to the Pharmacy in Morriston it will be quicker.

I'll never use them again. There is absolutely no system in place, they are short staffed and also don't have a regular pharmacist. To wait an hour to put your prescription in then they don't have it or not prepared it after waiting an hour again is totally unacceptable. Ill people cannot stand for that long . They lost my prescription the last time after waiting 3 weeks and a promised delivery.. I go elsewhere now

will someone please just answer the phone been ringing for days now. no point going down to wait 30 minutes to be told its not there. Just answer the phone. shocking service used to be so good as well.

Terrible waiting times. I go every weds, my waiting times are mostly an hour. Thats about 40 mins waiting to get served, 20-30 mins to then get my perscription. Is this the natural conclusion to the NHS ? Purposely underfund/understaff it, so each place closes with no new ones opening ?

Maybe there is a shortage of pharmacists but there is no excuse for not employing someone just to answer the phone. How many ill, old and disabled people are catchibg buses and dragging themselves all the way down to Pontardawe to stand in a queue for over an hour just to find out that their prescription isn't in anyway. If someone could just answer the phone they could save people who are already unwell (and maybe even infectious) making an unnecessary journey - and reduce the queue length at the same time. Create a job and solve some of this pain for both your overworked staff and your already unwell customers.

Awful experience, had to queue for 40 minutes on the saturday just to hand in my prescription, had to order in my item which took 4 days to come back. Wanted to phone to see if item was there to save queuing but did not answer the phone after trying numerous times. So went hoping the item was there and had to queue for 35 minutes on the Thursday. When i got to the front of the huge queue of around 20 people my item hadn't been packed and had to be looked for. It was found in the delivery box which hadnt been unpacked. Had to wait further for this to be sorted out. Staff took ages to deal with each person, disappearing frequently around the back and even left the shop a couple of times before dealing with next person. Lots of disappointed people in the queue. A new system is needed, maybe somewhere where people can put in prescriptions without queuing for 30 minutes plus and somewhere else people could queue to collect prescriptions already packed and ready for collection. Everything is the same queue whether you are purchasing anything or prescriptions. Absolute shambles. Won't use this chemist ever again.
