Had a lovely meal and drinks with my partner this week and have been told about the upcoming festival which we are likely to attend loved the 90's Bingo hopefully their will be something that we attend again as it was great fun.

Jess the server kept harrassing us to leave a review for her even though she did absolutely nothing for us we had to get our own beers from the bar from a different server.

Visited today and had the ribs and chicken platter. Huge portion and was very delicious. We were served by Holly who was very friendly. Will definitely return in the future (:

9 of us were booked for lunch how disappointing it was the jacket potato were not nice tasting and done in the microwave the fillings were very poor no tuna mayonnaise. No salad no cauliflower bites these are normal standard fayre for this type of pub. It has been awarded best pub of the year so you expect a good standard sadly it lacked it today. We have eaten before there and always been good. I am afraid we will not return they only thing was the dog enjoyed his sausage so well done on the dog food

A gem - hidden in plain sight
We recently had an incredible experience at the Pontardawe inn!
from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. the food was absolutely delicious - freshly cooked, generous portions and packed with flavour.
what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. we were looked after by Rhian, who was nothing short of fantastic. friendly, attentive, and full of local charm - she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
whether you're after a casual mean, a few drinks or just a great vibe, the Pontardawe inn is the place to be if you're in the area.

Our team popped in for some Friday drinks after work and had a brilliant time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the service was second to none. We were served by Rhian, who was incredibly helpful and friendly ? nothing was too much trouble for her and the team.
A great spot for winding down after a busy week. We?ll definitely be going back!
