Ordered for pick up and items were missing. Was offered free prawn crackers for spending £40 and we had to pay for them. Had 1/4 aromatic duck and was mainly fat and specifically asked for a vermicelli dish without spice and was told this dish was plain and it came spicy. So absolutely poor meal, quality and service. Tonight I have purchased a meal for myself and on returning home have discovered that I have been overcharged by £5. I have tried to contact by phone to have no answer. I used to enjoy being a customer here but service is obviously suffering!
