We now use GP Motors for both our own vehicle (VW Transporter) and my company car (Skoda Superb). Excellent service and knowledge of these vehicles and great, friendly service. Gavin is super helpful and Roy even got me some new wipers within 5 mins on my recent visit!

Great customer service, very professional & friendly! My car had quite extensive work needed doing no thanks to another garage! These guys sorted it in only a couple of days! In the meantime I was given a lovely little courtesy car. On picking up the car they had cleaned it inside & out! Very impressed! Car drives better now than when I first got it! This garage will now be my go to for any work/service work needed! Thank you/Diolch ?

Excellent customer service and quick dealing with queries and customers in a very nice way. The price is reasonable, especially because they wash your car at the end of each service as well. Came to Wales on holiday. Car exhaust fell off, Called out the AA who recommended GP Motors. Took car for estimate for work and it was booked in the following morning. The staff are lovely, very professinal they went out of their way to help us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GP Motors. If we lived in this area this is the garage we would chose to use. Our T6 van broke down on the way to catch a ferry to Ireland. We were towed to Moduran GP Motors. Gavin tried his best to get us on the ferry but it wasn't to be. Turned out to be a shattered fuel pump and major repair. Gavin is extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. It was an expensive repair but we felt confident they would do a good job. All the staff, in the workshop and office, are friendly and professional. It's obviously a very well run garage. They lent us a courtesy car to get back to Norwich and we returned to collect the van 2 weeks later. It was a very stressful situation but the van was in safe hands and we're confident the repair was done to a high standard.

Our brakes were making a squealing noise. Turned up at 5.00 and the garage took the wheel off and thoroughly checked them, gave us advice and would have fitted new pads this evening if they had had them in stock. Excellent service.

Our car required a repair which turned out to be extremely problematic because of seized and rusted bolts which could only be accessed with the aid of a mirror.. It took hours of unscheduled work to address the problem and eventually carry out the repair. We were not charged for these hours and were impressed by the professionalism of Gavin and his team who kept us appraised of progress at all times. A first class service from GP Motors (as usual).

I?ve had all manner of work carried out on my car by Gavin and his team over the last few years, and I can honestly say I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. I remembered very late yesterday that my MOT was due, and Gavin and Pat kindly started work early today in order to fit me in.They?re always very thorough, always explain in great detail if the car needs something, and why, and I personally think the pricing is very reasonable when you compare it to the standard and quality of service you receive at other garages.Everyone at GP Motors, from Gavin, to the Technicians, and the Front of House Team are very friendly and knowledgeable, and are always on hand to answer any questions I?ve had. Had a full service and diagnostics carried out. The experience was outstanding and smooth from start to finish. The office staff were very welcoming and kept me informed throughout. I highly recommend GP Motors and will be bringing my vehicle back here from now on.

My recent experience with GP Motors involved servicing, an MOT, and tyre replacement for which I had specifically requested a budget option, due to low annual mileage. I was quoted an estimate of roughly £250 over the phone, a figure which I reasonably assumed to encompass the full scope of the work to be done. Imagine my surprise when, upon collecting my car, the invoice totalled over £460.Upon discussing this with the service manager, I was informed that the initial quote had only covered the service and did not include VAT. This approach to estimation, in my opinion, could benefit from greater clarity when providing an estimated cost to customers.Interestingly, the final service cost was higher than a quote I had received from a main dealership, a detail that took me aback. Especially given that the main dealership's quote also included additional parts such as a cabin filter. Considering this, nearly £300 for an oil and filter service seemed a bit steep.The invoice revealed a labour rate of over £170 per hour (assuming a 0.7 hr book time for an oil & filter service, as actual labour time was not specified on the invoice). This rate seemed rather excessive to me.I believe it would be useful for potential customers to be mindful of obtaining a detailed and all-inclusive quote and probably double checking before agreeing to any work at GP Motors.I would also suggest that GP Motors revisit their quotation methodology to ensure more transparency and clarity.I'm not usually one for negative reviews and had hoped that a conversation with the service manager might have rectified the situation. However, the sizable discrepancy between the quoted and actual costs?over £200?left me quite perplexed. The justification for their quote practices was, frankly inadequate.

The friendliest service I have ever had in relation to carrepairs. Moreover the courtesy car gave me the chance to test drive an electric car and was a pleasant change from the sort of old car that one often gets at garages. The work completed on the car was explained to me and I have every confidence in the quality of the work. I can thoroughly recommend them.Services: Wheel alignment
