From initial contact, to the representative (Tom) coming out to talk with us and measure up to having Kevin fit our windows and doors, it's been a pleasant experience. No pushy sales, always prompt and polite when dealing with staff, and then can't recommend having Kevin enough to fit everything, he was on time, kept the areas tidy and did an outstanding job on our new windows and doors. 5* will recommend and will be using again to do the back of he house!

had 2 bathroom windows fitted, the handle and locking mechanism broke a year after fitting, and then a year later the second window suffered the same fate. 100% fail rate for 2 windows.Had to pay £160 to futureglaze to come and repair...I thought because i was paying so much that i would be getting better quality windows, not so.The previous bathroom windows had been there 18 years with no issues...Wouldn't use again or recommend.

Had an exellent quote from futureglaze for top rated Rehau double glazed windows.Windows were supplied quickly and the fitters especially Delme was exellent .They kept everything clean and tidy and in my eyes, went above and beyond to complete my job to a very high standard . I was extremely happy with the result of the finished fitting . Great price, top quality product and great proffesional fitting service . Highly recommended. 5*

We recently had a brand new back door installed. Future glaze were very helpful from the beginning from choosing the design right through to the fitting of the new door. The time process was very quick. They had amazing customer service and were in regular contact with updates about my order. On the day of installation the gentleman come before the given time and was very friendly. His work was outstanding, he was very tidy and delivered a fast service. We had all our front windows replaced with futureglaze. The window fitters were very professional, polite and showed up on time. They ensured they took all the old windows away and kept the area tidy. There were a few snagging issues, one being a handle button missing and some marks on the frames of the bay windows. I sent pictures via email and someone rang and booked someone in the following week to repair- great customer service.Service: Window installation
