Very disappointed. The quality of the carpets is excellent but the service is atrocious. The recommended carpet fitter Mr. Leigh Taylor was aggressive and threatened to take the carpets out if I did not pay him on the spot the £295 I had been quoted. The residue fluff etc was not cleared away and after he had left my painter pointed out that the landing carpet was not fitted to the grippers and the paintwork had to be redone in places. I have written on the advice of Trading Standards asking for the fitting to be sorted out but have not had the courtesy of a reply.

We recently moved to our new home on Anglesey and needed to replace the carpet in our hallway, dining room and study/workshop with something more practical. Got a beautiful carpet for my spare room Pre-lockdown. The quality is just perfect For the price and the fitting was fantastic. Ian was so friendly and helpful with picking out the right carpet for me. Would 100% recommend.
