Nice pub just wished dogs were allowed even in the bar area....would have loved to eat here and in the area for 3 days so would have used it often but busy pub without them ....I think you'd have to book with dogs too

Very dog unfriendly. No dogs allowed due to to having a carvery, however, if the owners thought carefully there are tables on the other side of the pub away from the carvery where a couple of tables could allow well behaved dogs.
My dog lies under the table quietly whilst there were children running around and screaming.
The food was nothing to be impressed by considering the price, fries were cold.
We had to sit outside due to having the dog, cutlery didnt come out with the meals so had to wait whilst they brought them outside, thus making meals colder. Had to eat our meals alongside the smokers. Not pleasant and wont be returning sorry.

Stopped off on our journey back home . We had the midweek carvery. Wow, the food was lovely the portions were as much as you could carry. But the Prawn cocktail starter was gorgeous and so many Prawns it was almost a meal in itself. Great choice of drinks. The staff were friendly. Well worth a visit.

Great little find after leaving Beaumaris. Plenty of seating and parking. Friendly service and welcoming. Portion size is generous, food hot and very flavoursome. We had poachers chicken and Cajun onion rings which I can highly recommend.

Fantastic food and great value. Normally have the carvery but went off piste and tried their new grill style menu (sure it?s called something else) and had the ribs. Fantastic. Staff fantastic.

Turned up last minute today. They were very accommodating. The cavery was really good, and lots of choice. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolute gem of a find. Will definitely be back.

My only complaint is that the plates are too small for me good value for money good staff good food I eat a lot a photo of my finger I go to the bull inn pub regularly and good food

Not been here for years as last time we had an awful cavery but I had heard it had changed hands and the food was really good so we came and not disappointed gammon with all the trimmings really nice belting chips and beef stroganoff half an half really good Cruzcampo on draught will be back deffo

Had the carvery, was busy but able to seat 4 of us on a walk in, probably best to book. Meat and veg were all lovelly.

Popped in on a whim for carvery, and was so impressed. The pub itself is a little dated but very clean and tidy. The team were very friendly and efficient, managed to squeeze us in even though we hadn?t booked. The gentleman serving carvery was really friendly and pleasant, clearly very proud of the product he was serving! The carvery was absolutely stunning, meats all cooked beautifully, all the trimmings you could possibly want, all well cooked, hot and plentiful. A really nice find, will 100% be back!
