Dropped my car off as there was a bad noise coming from the middle of my car. Explained when looking into it it seemed like the prop shaft needed to be looked at as it seemed this is what was causing the problem. Had a phone call a week later to say it was a wheel bearing which needed to be changed - then a day later my hand break cable needed to be changed. I questioned this twice as I was sure the problem was definitely with the prop shaft and I was assured these were the problems and told the noise was they bearing screeching So I paid £215 thinking the problem would be sorted. Then when I collected the car the noise was still exactly the same and the invoice stated the prop shaft centre bearing needed to be repaired - which is what I originally told them it might be. In the end I bought the part myself and carried out the repairs which I said was needed in the beginning. Been going here for years and felt really let down.

Perfect experience from start to finish, kept me updated through the process and a very good price. Malcom went the extra mile to make sure he provided a good service, and a top notch guy too!. Also the receptionist is very friendly which is always nice to see. This will be my go to garage from now on.

Mike and the team at Paramount are really fantastic. Recently had some major work carried out including new clutch and I must say my van was driving like a dream afterwards. Had a mini service today on my 19 plate car. Thought I was having a full service, not realising the car didn't need it. I like their honesty. They could have charged me anything and I wouldn't have known any better. Will definitely use this garage in place of my usual in Cardiff in future.
