Shan the manager issued me with a parking fine, I apologized and explained I am a local regular customer.
We then exchanged correspondence to which he agreed to remove the fine if I could provide bank statements or receipts
I provided an evidence in the form of a recent bank statement.
I thought this was totally inappropriate in the first place to request personal information after I had sincerely apologized and explained I had been using this shop for 25 years.
But due to being issued a fine I was willing to send it as he seemed genuine he would cancel the fine.
After I provided the recent statement he then asked for 6 months bank statements.
Clearly he is having a little ego kick.
I also caught one of his employed scanning scratch cards with his phone one night?
Clearly an untrustworthy bunch of people.
Last time I ever go back there and will be telling my friends and family to stay away as well.

HORRIBLE PLACE? I have pulled in to get some sweets as there was not much parking around the area and I was experiencing some problems with my blood sugar. And have also received a £100 fine. Horrible place, have been parking there for 3 years and had no issues up until now. Will not be using the place again !!!
- To the owner I don?t have the receipt as I wasn?t feeling 100% due to low blood sugars something I shouldn?t be discriminated for. and how am I meant to provide a bank statement ??

24hrs open. Charging points. Good groceries and especially at midnight for fags,booze, milk, bread etc. Very handy to know about!!!

Basic. Room had a bed and a shower. No kettle for coffee. Breakfast was bread and juice, with very small glasses. Didn't find out they served beer till after 3 days even when asking. No restaurant foe evening even though it said they had when booked. Only 1 restaurant open in area the whole time we stayed. Nice area its in but apart from that wouldn't recommend.
