Yet again ? I have never stayed here. Why would I ? I live about three miles away.
However I frequently use Premier Inn throughout the UK. The organisation displays a consistent and continuing standard of hospitality, more than sufficient for short term or convenient stays.
I have no reason to believe that this location would provide any different levels of service.

Stayed here when requiring a rest period as a coach driver , came from Oxford to cardiff.
Needed a well earned rest here but didnt sleep a wink even though we have an early start in the am.
No air conditioning ( we Knew this) , 1 x tiny fan for a double room to try and keep cool.
No USB sockets in the room , WiFi free but not decent enough to go on basic apps.
Parking for a coach was good and advertised as a M4 Services hotel which is misleading as it is clearly not
Don't think I will be back again as did not get any rest here during my stay

Again, we received a friendly welcome from reception and were directed to our spotlessly clean and comfortable room. We have used this venue numerous times now and always had the same comfortable stay with a lovely breakfast in the adjoining pub.
I would recommend anyone travelling in this area to take advantage of this perfect venue.

We stayed here at the weekend. Whilst the room was clean and bed comfortable it was extremely hot with only a fan circulating hot air. On Saturday night it was 29c in the room making it unbearable to sleep. I think there should be air conditioning in the rooms.

Free WiFi non existent, 1 hand towel, 1bath towel for two guests. Smallest double bed I have ever seen in a hotel room. 1 usb socket, damaged and unusable. Noisy extractor fan in bathroom ran all night unable to switch it off. Room smelt musty. Not the standards I expect from Premier Inn

Visited here for rugby in Cardiff. Clean room; comfortable bed and really pleasant staff. Next door pub/resteraunt offered good simple food at reasonable price. Tip. If eating here get meal deal; includes evening meal, one drink and breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, wow compared to our last stay with another premier inn location the staff here are amazing. My little girl was sick on the first night after eating at Table Table ( that will be in a different review). Rachel was a a superstar on arrival with excellent customer service and the late night staff member (who I couldn?t remember her name as was still half asleep) sorted us right out with extra towels and bin bags. They even sorted a spare duvet for one covered in sick. The room is what it is with a comfy bed. My only really issue was the strong smell of room essence / fragrance. We will definitely be back to this location.

Located near the motorway, Premier Inn Bridgend Hotel has a tranquil retreat well-suited for rest and coastal exploration. The quality of service here is superb, and the atmosphere is comfortable, with clean and cozy rooms.

Nice rooms. Comfy bed. TV wasn't great. Overall, it is very acceptable. Food in bar opposite was surprisingly good.

The family room is smaller as compared to other Premier Inns I have stayed in.
The rooms doesn?t have AC or central cooling or heating.
They have provided a little desk fan for summers and a small Dimplex Wall heater in the room.
Stayed here in one of the summer days - couldn?t sleep the whole night and children were uncomfortable as it was too hot.
The reception were rude when I asked them for one more fan as the little fan was not sufficient for 4 of us. They should have given us one more fan knowing that we will be 4 there and the fan is nit powerful enough to cover the whole room.
They didn?t have even the spare ones in such big hotel!
Ruined our night and ruined the stay. Never going to stay in Premier Inn again. AirBnB is cheaper and better solution!
