Bought in an old bike that had seen better days and had it turned around practically good as new within the week with a new set of wheels and a full service for great value for money. Definitely a customer for life now whenever the need arises - the team are great as well, brass tacks but friendly too.

Outstanding service, very knowledgeable and could not advise me enough. The issue with my bike was bearings/hub and could not get disc router off all done with in 2 hours cost £67. Any more issues with my bike (which I hope not) I know where I be going as the Staff have great customer service and knows how to talk to people and get the job done very quickly.
Once again thank you for an Outstanding Service, from now on this is the shop for me and if any ask for a Bike Shop this is the shop I recommend.

Quoted 40 odd bucks over phone was charged 87 . Brakes were sorted but slow puncture wasn't repaired few days after that front wheel came of as I was riding it was very lucky not to be seriously injured .. NOT HAPPY

Took my granddaughters bike to the store yesterday with multiple issues and needing a good service. Although the bike was inexpensive we were treated really well. As if it was a £2000 bike. We needed the bike turned around quickly and agreed about 4 days. It was ready the next day and they had done a lovely job at a very very reasonable price. Amazing service that is rare anywhere these days. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any bike servicing or repair. Thank you so much.

They did what Halfords could never. They fixed my bike! Booked it in, good communication through email, had an electric bike service, two new brake pads, brake bleed, tires pumped up and everything ship shape, they even cleaned the thing! What?s more, they did it in less than 24 hours! I am extremely impressed! And have no hazard in recommending them. I had a Halfords care plan on my bike, but every time I took it there it came out worse. I?m glad to have spent the money here to have it done right the first time! (Even if I did squeeze the brakes too hard and nearly fell off as they are now working 100%!) thank you! I feel much safer on my bike!

I received a reply to a question sent to bikingbarn , the web sales part of this business, late on a saturday night. The question was obscure, identifying a specific bearing. I received further follow up on the following day, a sunday. This is service above and beyond normal. 6 stars if it were possible. Thanks so much.
