Rude, uninformed and unpleasant staff. Went in with a query and the gentleman tried to shut me down by saying the information I had was outdated - in fact it wasn't. It's an okay post office but it gets very busy, and even if there are two staff it can still take a very long time and there aren't many facilities. I use the one on Cornerswell for my prepaid parcels as it's typically much quieter and faster.

Absolutely hurrendous interaction, the guy completely messed everything up and was completely rude about it. I came out shocked that someone could be that rude. We have sent a formal complaint. I would never advise anyone to use this branch again.
