Disappointed with this Costa branch. The shop consistently closes earlier than advertised, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, I?ve overheard staff using inappropriate language, which is unprofessional and off-putting.
What?s more concerning is seeing staff leaving with large bags of food at the end of the day. It leaves an impression that food waste might not be handled properly or fairly. This branch really needs better management and customer focus to uphold Costa?s usual standards.

If there was a ?0? I would give one out, my son has Autism did a Order ask for a Cake beside hot chocolate and one for his Mum a Latte.. First thing they made a latte look like more a normal coffee which you?ve at home plus with Latte you have a head on it.. which I ended up not drinking the foreign guy did not listen to my son order for his cake which he was very upset about it.. But that is Foreign for you don?t listen if they don?t listen people order then he should be sacked or go on a customer friendly service because he most definitely needs it.. The woman was so rough, I always thought when you go to work look smart, well look like she just got up wasn?t friendly either it was worse coffee shop.. As our Regular Coffee Shop was closed? So we?re most definitely will not come here again it is just one of?? Very Bad Service altogether? Staff doesn?t seem to understand Austim for that they need go training and must understand?.. I?m one fuming ? Parent?
