I went to Boots this morning, and I think the guy was in charge I find him so rude has no customer friendly service?. Like his voice volume was too loud regarding about the prescription?. I?ve Austim and he was way out of order?.. If there was a ?0?.. I would put it down?..

My second visit to Penarth Boots today, and yet again staff in isles, doing what goodness only knows, more that 6 people waiting yet again, nobody behind counter to serve, and when I asked a member of said staff ?is anyone serving? I was greeted with a sigh and ? she?s helping a customer, she will be back when she?s done, just join the queue?, needless to say for the second time today I left without purchase, poor poor show boots.

My local boots and it?s a lesson in how to do bad service. Always soooo slow and a miserable experience. The pharmacy takes forever and they behave like they are doing you a favour. Only ever one person serving with loads of others in the background ignoring you. Manager needs to look at how they run the store. Horrendous

The young lady on Sundays called Seren has a lovely smile and is always calm even though she seems to be on her own a lot. She told me she was leaving to concentrate on her A levels. Good luck to her and its a loss for Boots
