It was really quiet tonight, so after waiting 40 minutes, i reminded them we were waiting for food which promptly came out, cold, actually cold. It?s obvious that the food had been waiting on the side (if I?m being generous likely somewhat under a heat lamp, if the crispy corners of the American cheese was anything to go by) food tasted fine, would have been better if it was hot, the onion rings had gone soft. My food also came in a very chipped enamel plate. I decided it was best to just eat my food and get out of there rather than kick up a fuss. They didn?t ask how our food was, no surprise there.

we ordered food at about 3ish, we ordered the kids 2x chips and chicken wings as they are fussy. The chicken wings came 25 minutes later and then the chips came 20 minutes after that. The kids were impatient and we were not impressed with the wait. My partner had a steak that was cold, and he asked the lady twice for sauce, she then said she?ll get it but never did. He then went up to the bar and it took them 10 minutes to even answer him. Staff where so rude and useless, will not be going there again.

We had a lovely evening here for my granddaughters 16th birthday the staff were friendly, food was delicious and very reasonably priced and an extra thank you to Genna the manageress on her speedy responses to my messages and her friendly manner will definitely be back thank you

I have eaten in Y Cerrig glad Pembroke dock for as long as it?s been open but this is my first visit this year (September 2024)and I must say what a disappointment it was . I ordered the mixed grill for my daughter and myself we both asked for medium rare stake, my daughters was rare and mine was well done the chicken was over cooked and dried out the eggs looked like they had been thrown on the top of it all not a good look . The back of the chairs are covered in dust it looked dirty , Plus I am a dog lover I have two dogs of my own so I can tolerate dogs in my company but the whole place seemed to be full of barking dogs you just couldn?t relax . It a lovely well dressed restaurant it?s such a shame to be like this . Sorry for the negative review but I say as I fine

Went for food with my partner, I had a mixed grill which was cooked to perfection, my partner had the cowboy burger which she really enjoyed. The waiters were all polite and accomadating.
