“the valero shift change. the workers on their way to or from the refinery treat the road like it's their personal race track. this morning as I was driving down Saint Daniels hill at 7.05 am I was confronted by an oil tanker overtaking an oil tanker being over taken by a car. I had to break heavily to avoid a head on collision .judging by the stream of cars in front and behind they were all only heading to one place. instead of following the usual protocol of action only when there's been a fatality,how about doing something to stop that fatality. if I breaked a split second later there would have been quite a few dead people on st Daniels this morning. sort your work force out”
