I spent ages looking at 6 foot trampolines from different suppliers, as we wanted something compact but with a high weight capacity that would last many years (many 6' ones are only suitable for the weight of little kids) - Atlantic trampolines ticked the box as theirs was rated at 100kg/16stone, and gave loads of details about the construction and availability of spares etc.I ordered it before 12pm and it really did arrive the next day, with plenty of tracking updates and a delivery window time.I'm impressed as every part of it is high quality, the frame, bolts, brackets, poles, fabrics etc, I couldn't find fault with anything. It assembled pretty easily and is very solid and sturdy.The kids love it, we all love it, it gives a great bounce whether it's my 6 year old on it, or the weight of a grown adult!Considering buying the roof tent for it now! It would be good if we could buy a net roof for it too, to keep of the leaves off in autumn!All in all I highly recommend this company and it's 6 foot trampoline with enclosure!

I had a family fund grant and I choosed two swings with frame I have to say the gentleman I spoke with ( which i sadly dont know hes name) I have to say he was very lovely I supposed to pay extra but he gaved a discount for triple frame & ufo swing and round swingVery good communication &manners& kindnessThank you so muchThe swings and frame are very lovely I'm so glad people LIKE you still exist please never change ???

We purchased a summerhouse for our children and we were very impressed with the response time, from customer services, who answered all of our questions within a few hours of emailing. We had a few issues with the delivery, but this was not down to Atlantic trampolines, as it came directly from the supplier Mercia. We spoke with Mercia and they were able to sort our issues out, and we are over the moon with our beautiful summerhouse. The quality is amazing and we love it. Now comes the fun part, to decorate it ??

Had summerhouse from here, extremely overpriced. It was of really poor quality, had to pay an extra £300 to have it reinforced. The doors never worked properly. Took it down and scraped it. Complete waste of £1000.

Would have picked zero star personally but option wasn't available.Avoid this company at all costs.Sell poor quality products that last less than 48 hours and refuse refund.Never dealt with such a poor company.Trading standards will have a great time here!

Bought a playhouse for my daughter through family fund in the winter but was able to get it delivered in the spring so delivery was really flexible. It was fairly easy to build and the delivery guy Neil was really helpful. Happy with purchase, would recommend.

Prices are way to high. Trying to use my family fund grant to purchase a summer house or play house I didn't have nearly enough so I resorted to a garden shed instead to turn into a sensory area. Nails and screws poking out where they shouldn't be, very poorly made and some of the wood was damaged

Jonathan put through my order he was very polite and helpful. However the person who delivered the trampoline left the two boxes outside of my house. I had to lift and carry the heavy boxes inside my house. The driver had zero customer service skills. All he said was I have two boxes for u. Then he walked off. Big let down for your company.

Trying to purchase Summerhouse with grant from family fund for my child who has additional needs cannot use grant as prices too high and on top of price they want to charge extra £600 for building it and haven't got additional £1600 for that. Not a great range and not at affordable prices.

Very happy with quality and delivery of a trampoline. After reading some reviews I was a little concerned that the delivery would be a long wait as website stated none in stock, but after speaking with Jonathan who was very helpful I placed my order on Thursday and had my trampoline delivered by Monday morning. The delivery drivers even bought it into the hall for me. Trampoline is now up and my children love it. Thank you.Very happy customer.

Been trying to order a summerhouse with a grant from family Fund for my child with additional needs. I am unable to place the order, I cannot get in touch with them as their email and phone line are dead and the online contact page has a verification code which says it is wrong when it is not. I have tried various devices and various times of day and have contacted Family Fund to see if we can use a reliable local company as these appear to be either out of business or utterly incompetentAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

To be honest would give no stars.Without going in to every detail of above and Mercia I will make it short.Custimer service diabolical.Flimsy wood,missing items,broken panel in arrival.Told don't contact again holding customers back.I must not have been one.Seem to offer everyone a£30 reimbursement.Sendcthem photos with missing items.Still awaiting 2 hinges and door handle.Worstvthing is these company's are used by a charity that is government Funded.They don't deserve this contract.Thet tell them utems have been sent in 2 packages.One still has not arrived.AVOID THEM BOTH
