My partner and I stayed here just for the night but we were very impressed. The hotel is currently in the middle of renovations however our room was beautifully furnished, cosy and wanting for nothing (fresh milk in the fridge was a great touch). The bed was very comfortable, two power points with USB and USB-C on each side as well as a bar fridge, microwave and large TV. This plus a pub downstairs and incredibly friendly owners, what more could you ask for?Would recommend to anyone.PS. Please note many of the photos on Google Maps are pre-reno.

Outstanding Roast, we visited last weekend for a family occasion. Never eaten here before, every aspect of the Sunday roast was outstanding. Not one thing I could have said they could improve. Already looking forward to returning!

Sunday lunch is the best from here. Always fresh and hot. I am local and have tried many places and this by far has to be the best, also great takeout service. Staff very welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good Sunday lunch.

They only do Sunday lunch and every other Tuesday steak night, but the Sunday lunch is great, and everything is on the one level,a great sun trap beer ? garden, well worth a visit, best to book for Sunday lunch,Parking: Limited parking at rear, but plenty of parking ?? near by

Visited for a short stay. Very welcoming, very very reasonable prices. Had a steak and a curry. Had a Sunday roast and honestly it was the highlight of our stay. Home made, all fresh. Very highly recommend!

This was my second great stay with friendly & helpful Landlords. Stylish newly-decorated en-suite room with tv, small fridge, microwave, toaster etc. Sunday lunches in the pub are legendary and worth booking. Lots of beautiful locations to visit nearby. Looking forward to my next visit!!
