I phoned KPH gaming to get it repaired and Pete spend some time talking me through how to work volume on screen through settings to get it working which has been a life saver for me as my son has been on one for the last 24hours without his beloved ipad.He could quite easily have said to bring it in for repair and hit me with a big bill but he didn't and I can't thank him enough for being a honest decent person which is a rare thing these days....”
