Nice looking store and good value. Shame customer service is not the best when you think there are many competitors nearby. That does need improving. NHS discount declined also when could prove and worked in many stores. I can see other reviews which have had similar accounts. Store Manager is not pleasant and does reflect in other reviews. Please review your customer service to retain custom.

A young lady with long dark hair served me last Friday afternoon. She helped me choose items, she was polite, smiley and genuinely very helpful. I regretted not saying anything to someone in charge on the day. Folk are quick to complain these days. Credit where credit is due I say, so "Thank you" to the nice young lady, your customer service skills are first class.

We went for a weekend break to Llandudno and wanted to purchase some vitamins from Superdrugs, my husband works for NHS and he's entitled to some discount using his blue light card, which he presented and the cashier declined it and called the manager who then asked to see his work badge, I don't think many of us travel for a break with our work badge, my husband explaned he didn't have it and so he was refused his discount. I found this unreasonable and unprofessional. Wouldn't advice to go there not happy with the way we were treated.
